EUROPE'S BIGGEST BLOCKCHAIN EVENT /w Aaron Koenig & Blockchain Girl

Europe's biggest Blockchain Event 'BLOCKCHAIN NOW' just took place in our home town of Linz in Austria, and more than 1400 crypto-enthusiasts flocked to the 'Design Center' to learn about the most important facts about the blockchain and cryptocurrencies. The special thing about the event: a ticket cost only 25€ - for comparison, other similar events require an entrance fee of up to 1500€. Plus it was held entirely in German, which is also quite unusual for these types of events.

The goal of the organizers, Apollon Core, was to bring the blockchain technology closer to the masses. Especially here in Linz, which plays a leading role in Blockchain technology in Austria, it was necessary to show the importance of its role in the future.

There were also many international guests and blockchain experts in attendance. Most notably, the German blockchain celebrity Aaron Koenig, 'Blockchain Girl' Janina Lowisz, Ralf Glabischnig from 'Crypto Valley' in Switzerland and Philip Peinsold from Herosphere. Together they explained how the whole Blockchain system works and discussed its benefits and possible uses in the future.

Ralf Glabischnig talked about Crypto valley, "an ecosystem centered in and around the Swiss canton of Zug with active connections to international centers of blockchain innovation in London, Singapore, Silicon Valley and New York. Zug, in the heart of Switzerland, is one of the world's most technologically sophisticated and innovation friendly locations." Therefore and because of the prevailing support, many start ups in the field of Blockchain technology are located in this area.

The CTO of Herosphere, Philip Peinsold, presented their currently running ICO, with which he hopes to revolutionize online betting, specifically in the field of e-sports.
