Julian Hosp explains in the video why TenX no longer works with Visa, why the TenX cards no longer work in circulation, why new cards are sent to all cardholders and how to proceed.
Excerpt from the newsletter of 5 January 2018:
Important Notice
Dear TenX users,
On 4 Jan 2018, our European card issuer — Wave Crest Holdings Ltd. — received direction from Visa® to to stop payments of all prepaid Visa® debit card programs effective immediately, which our current TenX Card program falls under.
We would love to give you an update as to what this means for you as a cardholder or as someone who has ordered a card. Please watch this video by our Cofounder and President Julian Hosp.
Rest assured that all your funds are safe and this will not affect any of TenX’s mid and long term roadmap.
Kind regards,
TenX Support
