Sorry to hear that man.. this just comes to prove that no exchange should ever be trusted. I feel for you because I understand the sacrifice you must go through in order to invest for a better future.. I hold some coins myself and its hard for the non rich to get a decent amount of them in hope for a better life for us and our families. From now on use exchanges to buy cryptos and move them out ASAP to a hardware or a paper wallet. Hope you get to solve this soon!

I defiantly think that's a good idea however It is possible it was my mistake. I am only human and i may have stuffed up somehow to let them in the back door.
Here is the e-mail i wrote to Bittrex as soon as i realized that my account was being hacked:
My account: [email protected] was hacked and i disabled it right away. By the time i disabled it, several unathorised trasactions had been already made.
All the transaactions on the date of 8/12/2017 are made by the hacker. Please disable the account and restore all the lost money.
THis happened to me yesterday as i was coming home from dinner last night and all of sudden i see on my phone that i have a successful BITTREX login. How could i login while i'm driving?
Immediately getting to the computer, i checke my account and OMG right infront of my eyes they were executing the trade and i couldn't do anything to STOP it.
All i could do was disable the account and so i did.
Now working with BITTREX to see what are the next steps.
Also, i just checked i didn't have any API Keys.
Hi .i just got burned last night also i had the 2FA and stiil they hacked my bitrex account,thanks god im still new so i didnt have a lot os bitcoin but still i work so hard to manage that ammount and just like that all your work is wind up.I have question i really think thet this is maybe a inside job.When you check Bittrex support even they say with 2 Authinetication factor is impossible to your account to be hacked.Im wonderind are we gonna receive any answer and any refund because thats kind of their fall also!At the end of the day we pay them fee to exchange wtf!

I didn't lose a lot around 500 but I'm new and that was a big hit for me plus I'm not rich so you van imagine but this just motivated me to become more curious and more intelligent about putting crypto just like that and password and everything that comes to security
Did Bittrex did anything to your case bro?
