It definitely could be a ploy for the people who are late to the party to get a cheaper ticket in. It is funny however, to see how things will unfold for different countries which are approaching crypto differently. I mean if you embrace it now and allow people to buy it, like Russia for example, well you are gonna be the center of the future economy. I say it's a good time to buy right now and I am sure that's what is happening now as we will see a big bounce . Nice post !
