Is the dollar total at the bottom of posts going under Open.SBD?
No, the dollar amount at the bottom of posts is more complicated: it's an estimated value that is paid out partially in SBD and partially in Steem Power. The actual final payout can be found by looking at curation rewards on steemd.com.
Okay I can't find my posts specifically. Is there any way to do that?

A simple way to do it that will take a few days is converting your SBD to Steem. You can do this within Steemit via your wallet. From there it is a coin exchange with ShapeShift.
