Bitcoin is killing the game?

in #bitcoin7 years ago (edited)

Yesterday I wanted to invest some cash in Bitcoin. Went on coinmarketcap. Notice that it grew to 3000$. Changed my mind.

Today. Went on coinmarketcap. Bitcoin= 3200$. Then I thought it could raise even higher so I quickly went to a machine and tansfered some funds to my bitcoin wallet.

I am really waiting for bitcoin to drop but it seems that it takes a total different path: rising, while altcoins are moderately following bitcoin's path. When it's the best time to invest into cryptos? What do you think?

It's always hard knowing when to get in. If you're thinking in the long term, many people believe that Bitcoin is sure to rise. So if you're going with this logic any time is a good time. Just depends if you're trying to make a quick return or a long term investment.

Buy crypto as soon as you can before this thing becomes very popular with the masses.

From what I have heard, Bitcoin is expected to hit $5000 with no decline in sight

I own 6.06 BTC i want to sell, but if i sell yet i know the Price is going higher in a few hours so i wait for a Price 3500$ for 1 BTC.

it's going to go way higher than 3500

Well, the saying goes that the best time to buy is yesterday :)) If you believe in crypto a rise of 200$ shouldn't matter that much. You know that long-term wise you have big chances of doing good. If you want short-term gains I think you should aim small altcoins, read the news, and between the lines of the news. Stay alert, see the wave, climb on it and move on the next wave before one hits the shore. I don't hold any Bitcoin yet. At +$3000 the chances to multiply your money shortly are slim, but for $3000 you could buy a diverse collection of altcoins and increase your chances. Don't put all your eggs in the same basket.

Cheers!

good post!

invest a steady-but-small amount every week or month. Do it no matter if the price goes up or down. This is the same advice your financial advisor would give about investing in a mutual fund or whatever.

It will continue to go up with miner corrections until segwit is activated, sell at the top and buy back in after it drops to increase Bitcoin portfolio.

eccelente ehnorabuena jejjejeje.......

Interesting.

Be prepared to see it drop again and make sure you don't sell out of fear. Day traders will be cashing in
