It's always the news. And yes twitter was just doing a "me too!"

what about google adwords?

I've noticed crypto ads in adwords today. And if you search on ICO you'll likely see ICO ads. So banning and enforcing are two different things.

yes you probably right. at the moment its quite confusing that whether whales trying to play with bitcoin prices by "extra" broadcasting these type of news or does it really have very powerful impact in reality?

Google is always protecting user experience. They don't want to be associated with ICO's because of the high risk. But then again, maybe they are just planning for their own blockchain based dominance
