I think blockchain technology is going to become widespread. Programming blockchain code is going to be in demand.
Right now I'm organizing a 420 farmers market in Vancouver. It would be cool to have blockchain code to help us organize things and keep a public record. Everybody at these markets uses the internet to organize already, and we want to keep everything transparent, so blockchain seems very applicable. There are probably millions of applications.
