When guest gives them rates, the Empire Hotels platform records every guest’s rating in Blockchain network. The transparency system which Blockchain has will guarantee that the posted reviews and ratings by guest cannot be change. Guest could choose their hotel choices by seeing the hotel rating, therefore, the hotel could see what guest need from their hotel and improve their hospitality. How about guest eligibility and genuine track?
