On anything that is strange to the mass, there is a push back on acceptance. Also media likes to bring bad news, since that is what triggers the mass to actually watch. Years ago our prime news at 20hrs decided to always bring 1 positive news items in their 22 minute of news. They always do this as the last item. But to be honest, most if the people do not watch the news for the positive item, but for all the negative items. Anyway, I guess that is the world like we live in. Bad news sells. From marketing point of view, the rule is: "better news than no news", so I think even when BTC is covered by the media in a bad light, it is still in favour of spreading the news and awareness about BTC. More and more people will talk about it, giving others more opportunity to debunk the negativities around BTC.

for sure! There's no such thing as bad advertising in this kind of thing.
