I think people just like saying bitcoin and bubble in the same sentence for some reason. Maybe it just sounds fun to say?
yes i am still possitive with bitcoin and holding my bitcoins, but have seen many people who did sell their bitcoin in the dip as they feared out it as bubble.
rumours were in the market like market manipulations , bitcoin cash support etc many people i know have sold bitcoin at the dip.
but first thing you have to do in the crypto is Trust.

I do not think we will go into a crypto winter. There are too many altcoins that have gained traction. People are already posting that they will be buying at these lows. We have also seen LTC and ETH rebound from their recent dip. ETH dipped down to 480~ and has rebounded to 700, LTC dipped down to 200 and has rebounded back to 280~
