What would you do if you could make a difference? (New Zealand)

This is a list I have started to try make a difference, would love to see what everyone thinks and also their input✌️

Build can and bottle recycling stations In every super market and most public places. In exchange you will get back tokens that can be used to buy food.
Every primary and intermediate school would have their own green house/vegetable gardens and commercial kitchens to teach the next generation how to grow and cook healthy meals
Change the education system to teach the next generation to be better than us and not repeat our mistakes.
Change the political system where the people can vote on issues without the need of a referendum with a Blockchain based voting system which will reduce costs to the tax payer.
Make all government vehicles electric which will reduce maintenance and running costs to the people of New Zealand.
legalise cannabis and create a billion dollar industry which will be creating jobs and helping the environment.
politicians will be paid a fair wage but nothing ridiculous. They will not get free lunches, and their travel/accomodation will be capped, only the prime minister will have exceptions.
