Watch for Litecoin to rise — it costs less to use vs Bitcoin for a “cup of coffee”

WHY LITECOIN IS MASSIVELY UNDERVALUED VS BITCOIN

First of all I am not talking anybody out of bitcoin and this is NOT investment advice.

Second I do think when the “masses of people move money” it will flow into Bitcoin vs the others...why?
Because of “name recognition” and because Bitcoin Will be seen as a safe way to store your money — and it will appreciate over time as more and more money needs to move away from currencies that will be seen as not a good place to be.

However, what happens when you want to USE your crypto to buy or send money? Did you know there is a transaction cost for that? Kind of like Western Union. Don’t get me wrong — sending Bitcoin vs Western Union is cheaper.

But what about buying a “burger”? What about buying something under $10....would you use Bitcoin?
As you can see in the chart below, the price for using Bitcoin in a transaction is “going UP”. The average fee right now is @ $.62....and of course it’s can be much more than this.....this may go up or down with network changes. You can see the trend.

Litecoin is technically similar to Bitcoin and is FASTER than BTC.
Litecoin will have 84 million coins....BTC will have 21 Million coins mined
Litecoin COSTS per transaction are much LOWER than Bitcoin

As you can see below, there are more transactions in Litecoin vs similar less expensive cryptos. It looks to be the silver to Bitcoin being the “Gold”

Also — please note as the chart below suggests — as the price of Bitcoin goes up there are less transactions. Why? Would people want to spend BTC while the price is seeking a higher ground ? Maybe not.

However, the price for Litecoin is @ $100 now. Many think it should be 25% the cost of Bitcoin. Overtime bitcoin will find a much higher price and Litecoin will finally catch up as more and more people see a cost effective crypto to use “everyday”.

In the future, moving from BTC to LTC will be done in a nano second with wallets. People will move BTC to LTC for small transactions.

IF Bitcoin moves to $40,000 by the end of 2018 — what will Litecoin be ? Could it be 10% of Bitcoin? If so , that would mean $4000....today Litecoin is $100...40 times increase IF that were to happen.

Bonus — look at the above chart — see how Ethereum price and transactions are in tandem. ETH is on the rise as well.

Did you know that Ethereum has more transactions than any of the cryptos...???? See below.

However if litecoin price go up as high as bitcoin price today in the future, wouldn't the transaction fee also be high as the current bitcoin? And then another crypto like Vertcoin will be better for coffee

The transaction fee has more to do with the technology difference. It was designed this way. You can look at the transaction fee over the course of time with LTC with the rising price and rising transactions. Even when they are both much higher....LTC will be much much less expensive and quicker. You will see people “lighting transfer” BTC to LTC in their wallets (free transaction) and then pay with LTC. I can’t speak for Dash or other cryptos but I do believe you will see a huge run to LTC....and there is a smart contract component coming to LTC as well ....again not as robust as Ethereum but it’s just another great capability that business’s will use IMHO.

I'm in the 4:1 camp! LTC should be at around $2500! I Believe!

Look at the rise today. We are seeing it !

Litecoin is clearly undervalued...expecting it climb steadily over the coming months, as investors realize that this is a way better and cheaper coin than Bitcoin👍

Yes...AND I see that they plan on adding a “low level smart contract capability” — not at the level of ETH but certainly that would open more markets in ways we could not imagine.

Ethereum and Lightcoin definitely deserve better market cap than BTC considering the utility value of both coins. Hope things will turn better for both the coins in 2018.

I think you will see that with time. Early money will move to something seen as “Safe” and BTC has certainly earned that status over the years (not being hacked).

yes, if not for hack news ethereum could have made it by now.

Not really a hack from what I understand....was is a “wallet issue”? http://www.businessinsider.com/report-hackers-stole-32-million-in-ethereum-after-a-parity-breach-2017-7

What I meant by 'hack news' is some or other bad news related to security of cryptos in media.

I see....thank you.

love the stats. Do you have an opinion on EOS and Dan Larimer?

To be honest I see it...but I have not spend much time on it. Sorry.

Ethereum and Litecoin are my favorite coins. I hope they make it as big as Bitcoin!

From an investment perspective (not investment advice). If LTC were to be 25% of BTC in the course of 5 yrs....and BTC is over $50k in ....that would mean an LTC price of $12,500 — it is $100 now. That sounds insane — but LTC is capped at 84 million and there are 7.4 billion people in the world.

done my post vote me and reply msg

The battle for the most affordable online transaction will be between LTC and BCH. BTC will be treated as a store of value digital asset.

Bitcoin is just a storage of value !!! Future is hold BTC, convert btc to ltc using atomic swap and transact with lightening speeds !!! This is what future holds !!! Lightening revolution has just begun !!! Hold some Lites before it rises meteorically !!!

I think you are spot on. LTC has a one way to go.
