If you're a cryptocurrency enthusiast, chances are that you would have come across an anonymous and viral prediction about Bitcoin from an anonymous 4chan wizard.
The self-acclaimed wizard declared that Bitcoin had bottomed on December 15th 2018 and went on to predict, at a time of great market uncertainties, that Bitcoin would hit $5.3k by April 2019. And he was right - Bitcoin smashed $5.3k in April from a low of $3.2k.
The next prediction which the unknown user put forward was for July 2019 in which he or she stated that Bitcoin would hit the $9.2k mark. Again, that record was smashed. Bitcoin did not only reach $9.2k as predicted, it hovered well over $12.5k.
And now the last Bitcoin prediction for 2019, according to the prodigious 4Chan user, is $16k which is expected to be seen in October 2019.
For most part of October, perhaps due to the disappointment trailing the launch of Bakkt in September, Bitcoin didn't give any room for optimism with its lacklustre performance until the last 48 hours that saw it making a parabolic movement from $7.4k to about $10.3k and now at $9.4 as at press time.
The truth is that a monthly high of about $10.3k is still quite far from the real target of $16k set by the self-proclaimed wizard. With about five days to the end of October, I believe that there is still enough room for Bitcoin to smash $16k or at least come reasonably close to that.
The trading volumes are skyrocketing and records are getting smashed. We should see the same movements in the price action over the next few days. Will the 4Chan wizard be outrightly wrong this time around or will be absolutely right again? Only time will tell but I will like to hear your thoughts in the comment section.

Hopefully the prediction hits and benefits all cryptocurrencies in general.
I hope so too.
Hello friend @gandhibaba.
Wooo, quite accurate in all predictions, it is very difficult to hit it due to the price we have but as you say, there are still a few days.
If this guy is right, you have to follow the steps because it can become a key to investment ... Hahaha what do you say?
Thanks friend!
@fucho80
I think the guy is a genius so far. Perhaps he will be right again this time. Thanks.
Greetings @gandhibaba, totally unaware of the existence of this magician/adivine, but if he has had a good record is for something, as the saying goes, the devil knows by old man rather than by devil. And maybe this is not an exception.
Personally (and I think that many more too) I am to the expectation with the price of the BTC, since if it arrives very high (hopefully soon) we would benefit in one way or another.
Which would help us and give us a breath of air in such a tight situation, but good only time will tell, with faith that it will increase soon if God wants and that the market will remain so for a while.
Without further ado, thank you for reading my comment, and I don't say goodbye without wishing you a good day, evening or night.✌️
Thanks for your comment. We have reasons to be optimistic, knowing that the future is bright for us. Cheers!
I'd love to see these predictions realized, mostly because of the altcoins. They follow the trends of BTC like loyal pets and Bitcoin remains the permanent "reference". In fact, the strength of an altcoin expresses itself in the capacity to create its own moves without the influence of BTC... that happens very rarely.
I've never made a trade with big amounts, so BTC is almost of no use to me, for its high net fees. When I've done transactions in BTC I've lost a big percentage of my earnings.
Well, maybe I put my eyes and energy in the altcoins just because I like the little and useful things of life.

I agree with you that BTC drives the market while the rest of the altcoins follow. Hopefully, the prediction will be realized and there will be reasons for us to smile again. Cheers!
I don't see BTC making volatile moves like it did in 2017 with all the regulatory eyes on it now. Well, that is, without a significant hardfork that is kept under developmental wraps.
Hmmm here is another fresh perspective on the matter but I think BTC will make that great move because of the mathematics underlying it.
OH. Maybe I should have added that I believe significant upgrades are all but certain :)
