Does Cliff High really have a track record of being accurate? I keep hearing people mention him, but he seems a little out there. I'm okay with woo-woo, but his whole approach seems questionable to me.

I’m prepared to give Cliff the benefit of the doubt , I won’t agree with him on everything and is undoubtedly a very intelligent individual. When he is right , he is amazingly accurate
