If you own NEO it seems pretty cool. It only appears otherwise when you go to transfer or spend it. It's an indivisibility thing. Only whole coins, no fractional transactions allowed.
Imagine if NEO rose to 10k on par with BTC.
'Sorry, you can't transfer $9999.99 worth of NEO because it's only 99.99% of a coin'.
Or suppose NEO went to a million and you bought a Lambo.
'I ordered one $200,000 Lambo, what are the other four for?'
'The other four are your change'.
So, yeah, NEO is very cool but it's also very stupid. And the stupidity scales.
