Two months ago, I had recommended Binance (BNB) when it was barely over $1 and had targeted $3.40. The below chart was used:
On the shorter term, I believe the wave 4 correction is nearly complete. This is in the form of a bull flag pattern acting as a fractal to the earlier and a bit smaller bull flag. I believe that wave 5 can be expected to take the price to $15.76 or higher!!
Here is the longer term perspective that can help distinguish between the "Forest" and the "Trees". The longer term target is $47.82
Here is the BNB/BTC pair chart and the left side shows a classic impulse of five waves. Since Elliott Waves states that after five waves, there is a requisite a,b,c correction; except that the downward symmetrical pattern is counted as a,b,c,d,e waves. The Elliott Waves shows one more higher high as being probable. The target is 79119 Satoshi. Once these five waves are complete, another round of correction can be expected.

A limit should indeed be applied to the number of comments in a post, a cooldown timer, or a catcha for user below a fixed reputation score.
looking at his comment history, I can't imagine the space that have been allocated on the blockchain for this shit.
