Steemit incentives upvoting him simply because his posts do well, it's a vicious cycle. I upvote every post even though the TA sucks.
How does it incentivise it? You get way more rewards to upvote a post that nobody else has voted on over upvoting a post that hundreds of people and some whales have voted on.
Do you even know how RShares work? No you do not get more rewards by voting on his posts I mean unless you have a fuck tone of MVests and you vote really early on but you simply do not have those MVests
