However, If you are a first time investor, I would be cautious and watch the market closely...this dip can go lower if we don't start seeing some concrete bullish signs.
Yesterday it seemed like the market is climbing back up, but as you can see it was a "dead cat bounce" in a way...right now, as I am writing this comment, the market climbed back 40 Billion from the time I started writing this post :) So as I said, if you plan to invest in something I wouldn't go all in. I would invest some and then see where things go...
