Does it make sense to call Bitcoin a 'Fraud' when my bank refuses to return my money due to its faulty ATM?

Hello everyone, As some of you might have noticed I was pretty irregular with my posts in the last few days. But this is because I was busy in my studies plus some issues with my bank accounts which left me a bit tensed. So I'm here to share with you guys about what exactly happened with me for which I have no love for these banks anymore.

Actually I'm currently staying at a hostel for pursuing my degrees. I need to pay their fees before the 10th of the month and let me tell you they are very rude in that.

As this month there was a late in my Dad's salary maybe due to the upcoming Durga Puja so there was a problem for my parents to send my fees in this very time and I understand how hard it was for them to manage it as they deposited the required amount in my account a week ago. They did it somehow just because to save me from the outrage of these PEOPLE in my hostel.

When I went to withdraw the amount the ATM showed transactions error and I couldn't withdraw cash. Just blaming that ATM, I turned to another nearby ATM but before reaching there I got a message that the amount is withdrawn from my account. It gave me a shock. There is no chance for somebody to pick up the cash after we left because we were there until the man behind us successfully withdrew his money.

I had two thoughts then. One is that how my parents managed to send that amount in these conditions and how would they react in hostel if I don't pay their fees that day. Two completely different scenarios of understanding.

Then I called my mom and explained it all. She assured me that she could complain in the bank about it and told me not to worry..

Mom went complained in the bank twice about it. And the Bank manager came up with complete irresponsible stupid reply that It's my (account holders) fate that would decide whether the amount will be refunded or not. It's been a week now and I'm trying mailing them or calling but there's no response from them.

This is what pissing me at the moment as how we are trusting these banks and how careless they are in return. It's not only my case but happened to around 20-30 people from that same branch. One can understand transaction errors and can wait for 2-3 days hardly but a week is a very long period especially for in such a situation I was through.

And then comes some JP Morgan who claims BTC to be Fraud when their banks provide such services to people.

Thanks for reading
Namaste
