How To (finally) Claim with a Private Key/Seed

First, I would like to thank the author of the article Joseph Yap for making such an easy step by step when everyone else's explanations don't help

Please thank this man in his article because he deserves it.

I would also like to note I already did this myself. Got all BCC in my wallet even though I already moved my BTC BEFORE doing this and it still keeps your BCC in your wallet. Already sent to the exchanges as well to trade (don't dump it!)
