Margin trading is super scary, I lost a fair bit of coin on Bitfinex margin trading BCH, back in November. I know you can make a lot of money if you do it well, but in my view, even with the best TA, and FA, margin trading is pretty much gambling.
That's not slagging you or other traders, because nothing wrong with gambling, particularly when you can use knowledge to perform well at that gamble, but its not for me.
I appreciate your input and opinion! Margin trading can be scary, but doesn't have to be.
A few tips are: carefully manage stop losses, calculate risk vs reward before entering, only enter if risk:reward is 3:1 or better. Never trade with more than you are willing to lose, and only use low leverage (5X max).
If you are able to trade profitably without leverage, then you can make much more by learning how to trade with it. Conversely, someone who doesn't trade profitably will lose much faster using leverage!
