I think the price of Bitcoin will depend massively on the events at the end of July/beginning of August. If it goes well we may shoot past $3000 and never see it again. If it goes wrong the whole space may plummet and it could be 2018 before we are seeing close to $3000.
It's anyones guess at the moment.
