RE: Thinking Aloud - On The Major "Block-Changes" - Bitcoin Cash Hard Fork a Cash-Grab?

in #bitcoin7 years ago

As complaints to the SEC and the attorney generals of multiple states
continue to mount, the full extent of the scam perpetrated by the Tezos
Foundation and Dynamic Ledger Solutions, Inc.is now raising questions
about the exent of Tim D'Raper's involvement in the promotion of the
unlicensed sale of securities and the use of a US based company to
defraud people of their cryptocurrency and shuffle it into a foreign
'charity' scam out of the reach of US authorities.
Particularly troubling is D'Raper's efforts to influence the SEC into letting
Tezos and others 'slide' on the crimes they have committed. Given that
it was well known to one of Tezos' co-conspirators, Credit Suisse, that
the Tezos ICO was in violation of American laws and SEC regulations,
with the refusing to accept any payments from US sources, it is very
incriminating that D'Raper would become involved with the crimes of
the Brietmans and then attempt to shield them from prosecution.
It turns out that the 'smoking gun' in the Breitmans' was designing a
'contribution' process that was meant to allow 'contributions' to the
Tezos ICO that the Brietmans knew full well would not be honored
because of 'conditions' that were hidden from those contributing.
The plan, from the beginning, was to solicit funds that would not be
'credited' as 'contributions' and thus falsely inflate the apparent
success of the ICO, hold the funds of the 'little people' hostage
until the BTC/BCC split, thus doubling the amount of coinage
they held, and then 'refund' a portion of the 'little people's'
contributions, charging their victims the mining 'vigorish' on
both the original transaction, as well as the 'refund' transaction,
and pocket the BCC portion of their victim's contributions.
Watch 'American Greed' for the next installment of Tezos'
funding scam.

Interesting stuff :) Is that guy's name truly "the raper" though? If so, that's hilarious and terrible at the same time.
