Adex : Decentralized Ad Exchange
Ok so with all the crazy ICO's that have been going around this past month I decided to participate in one that looks promising. The reason I decided that Adex would be a good fit for an investment is because it is a new form of blockchain technology that deals with ads and the way company's are able to target us online. taken directly from their white page:

"Disrupt-er" industries/companies are always very controversial, but this one is like UBER and BTC and will be used by the masses to ultimately help more people save money.
