Yes i beleive that this is thw way of the future. How ever now we have goverments trying to use there power to control and tax it. I hope there are some smart lawyers that will take them on.

I agree with your thoughts. Although, I feel there will be a dip one more time before it reaches the moon. Invest some now and keep some for the upcoming dip. Just a friendly suggestion. Whales definitely play this game.

How high you think that Steem can go?
From what I see in the fundamentals and my past experience, Steem can go to $30-$50 this year. @kingscrown seems to have a good track record, since I have been following him. I have been tracking some of his calls and its well above the Crypto Indexes performance. As for my personal track record just go back to my 2016 comments and blogs about Crypto. I was screaming to buy ETH under $10 in 2016. I have been calling for trillion dollar Crypto market caps for a very long time. Best of luck and investing.

I think it will depend on user growth. Steem doesn't have fixed supply so if user number is growing than price can go up even if number of coins go up.
The powers that be are so desperate to preserve their wealth effect; they won’t even allow stocks to drop a mere 5% from record all-time high valuations.

Recently got caught with downvotes commenting on @haejin posts, some dude seems to troll. I’m new and was unaware of the politics involved here! Was rather upsetting to see my rep drop for asking questions, but I move on.

it was mostly good news from us regulators.They r open to regulation but donot want to clamp down on crypto.if they did like the other countries korea,china,india and singapore, we will be looking at deep red and possibly a bicoin below 1000 dollars

Yeah it is but remember it started going up at 5k. Its a correction just like any other cryptos just on a larger scale and when bitcoin does this it also takes down all the altcoins with it. If your new and are looking to buy it plays to your advantage if you bought in December at highs just HODL you wont lose untill you sell.

bitcoin in my opinion is here to stay. Before 2016 it was actually only used in the deep web because it was anonymous(I know it was used outside as well, but was not as popular as it was in the deep web). Cryptocurrency are still their baby age, they are new and people are still learning about them, even our government today not truly understands what bitcoin is, and day by day it is getting more popular, because I remember, when i first joined the cryptocurrency (bitcoin) community in early 2014, no one actually knew what it is. People will learn more about cryptocurrency(maybe not bitcoin, maybe it will actually die, but cryptocurrency won't, it is the future) and as they do it will get more stable and the prices will shoot up far in the sky! What is your input on that? Do you think it will, or it will not? Will bitcoin die or will it spike? @kingscrown

Taking the crash into perspective, one can observe that the DOW went down over $1T in one day which is worth more than 3x the entire crypto market cap at its recent bottom. There is a lot of money out there is also and some recent good news coming out from the SEC crypto summit and other positive progress in a few crypto projects such as po.et makes me optimistic for the future. One thing I would like to see is more vetting of new coins coming into the space to prevent market saturation and scam coins; but I am doubtful that can happen in an unregulated market such as crypto.
