As most alts trading volume comes from BTC pairing, they normally goes down when Bitcoin goes down. Setting stop loss are important, but since you didn't and you believe the alts you bought are good ones, then hodl. Don't let those loss realize.

as I was new, I was going to sell all in panic but then I stopped because of searching in internet, but it still hurts me, my very first invest in crypto, I am almost in 70% loss..
