Only 17 million bitcoins have ever been mined. Assume about 5 or 6 million of those have been lost, so there’s approximately 11 million bitcoins out there. There isn’t enough bitcoin in the world for everybody to own an entire bitcoin, let alone every millionaire to own an entire bitcoin.
The fundamental difference between futures and a bitcoin ETF is the bitcoin ETF will be buying and holding physical bitcoin, and that difference is huge. It’s going to take massive quantities of bitcoin out of the market.
