I don't think so most of these coins putting up ads of ICOs and no risk cryptos are not legit and not listed on notable exchanges, Facebook is helping us by making sure noobs are not scared away from cryptocurrencies because of companies which are not operating in good faith. This creates an opportunity for noobs to research properly and invest in the legitimate coins.
