RE: Essay: Why is Time Projection so DIFFICULT for Technical Analysts?

in #bitcoin7 years ago

Far out indeed! If indeed all events happen instantaneously it implies that our perception of time is a feeble and wavering interpretation of infinity. Without our subjective sense of time, things happen without duration. We can only assume cause/effect takes place (without being able to measure it) see Hume's problem of induction. Prior to your birth for instance, time was not experience and hence happened, instantanous, or out of time.

Now, to your thesis: "time is not a reflection of sentiment" and thus TA may discern the probable pathways of Price etc, it has incredible trouble giving a timeline for that Price and final pathway. The question is: How different is Price and time or Sentiment and time. Anyway correct me if didn't fully grasp the argument.

I see this has highly interesting. My question is, how much does time have to do with sentiment? They don't seem unreasonably far apart. Your argument is great tho and I need to read your essay now! Far out Thx for everything
