Where to buy Bitcoin, Ripple, Ethereum or others altcoins? Best exchanges - EN

There are many exchanges to choose from, today we will talk about the ones that i've used and my opinion about them. They are: Coinbase, Binance, Bittrex, Kraken, Kucoin and Poloniex.

Coinbase

Definitely a reference, with its APP being at the top of the android stores and ios for several weeks. Used by millions of users globally is one of the best secure and most reputed exchanges. It also has the GDAX platform for trading, where buying and selling commissions are much lower than buying directly from Coinbase.

Strengths:

Intuitive and easy
Reputation
Security (has insurance)
Liquidity

Negative points:

Limited number of cryptocurrencies

Binance

Exploded in the number of users. It has dozens of cryptos, and have its own crypto (BNB - which is quite interesting), also has a series of contests that rewards users and we can even vote monthly in a cryptocurrency we would like to see listed. And if you refer users you receive part of the commissions paid by them, this being one of the reasons for its exponential growth.

Negative points:

Only cryptocurrencies, does not support dollars or euros, meaning you have to buy a crypto on another platform and transfer there.

Kucoin

It is a growing platform, has many cryptos and has some more exotic (which led me to sign up on this exchange), hard to find in others exchanges. It also has its own cryptocurrency (in which it distributes part of its commissions by the holders of its cryptocurrency (KCS)).

Intuitive and easy

Negative Points:

Only cryptocurrencies, does not support dollars or euros, meaning you have to buy a crypto on another platform and transfer there.

Bittrex

It is an interesting exchange and also the biggest and best known, it also has an interesting range of cryptos.

Strengths:

Dozens of cryptos
Intuitive and easy
Liquidity

Negative Points:

Transactional commissions are high

Kraken

It is also one of the largest and best known platforms. Account to date with 17 cryptos. It has suffered many falls in service, which can be frustrating.

Poloniex

It is also one of the largest and best known platforms. It has an interesting number of cryptos, an intuitive and easy to use system.

Coss.io

Still testing, also counts with its own crypto.

Conclusion

For me we have two clear winners that are Coinbase and Binance! For various reasons, they are fast platforms, one lets me deposit fiat and has insurance, another has dozens of cryptos, very low commissions as well as a very good platform. I am also enjoying the experience at Kucoin being the smallest of all (Except for Coss.io), which I only started to use now), I'm also predicting a rapid growth in Kucoin due to its quantity of cryptos (many only found here, comparing the exchanges referred on this article) and their ease of use.
