Try creating a new ticket, I've been through this experience once and sometimes by creating a new ticket someone might see it. I know Poloniex has been having some issues with withdraws but I do believe that they are trying to better their system.
Submitting a new ticket might get you a faster respond. Make sure to express the importance of your money and the trust you are losing in them, at the end of the day you are a customer and they want to make everyone happy.
