There are some Bitcoin debit cards that you may wish to take a look. Examples are adv cash and uquid etc.
Alternatively I find bitcoin ATMs pretty handy as well. Cash out instantly, nothing dodgy. But of course, it depends whether there are any ATMs nearby where you reside.
