Yes try Shakepay! You can deposit Ether and Dash on that one besides Bitcoin, I got my mom in México one of those and she use it with no problem there, it even comes with the chip. If I want to send some money to her not using Bitso, I use the card instead. You will have to verify your identity anyways in order to rise your amount limits.
