Lately, I have NOT been buying silver. I have a healthy amount already and I'm always looking to diversify. That means cryptocurrency.
There's an extreme amount of hype within the people who are already invested. I just want to say, we're NOT in a bubble. There are plenty of new people that will be getting into cryptocurrencies for the next few months. After a month or two, we'll have to reexamine whether new people are still coming in.
Here's what I'm looking to regularly buy until I see any sign that the bullishness is nearing an end: Bitcoin, Ether, Golem, XEM & Lisk. I don't have time to research EVERY coin out there. These 5 seem solid.
Also, before I move back into silver, I will probably look to get some mining stocks first. I will be posting about one soon that is already up a lot this year but has the potential to go much higher.
Just some thoughts this morning. I don't have any concerns about putting money into cryptos right now. There is A LOT of trust and faith in the sector at the moment.
I'm in the same situation. I have plenty of physical silver so now I'm collecting some crypto. Ehtereum has my vote. I've sold my Bitcoin & invested in Ethereum. May 22nd kicks off the Consensus Blockchain Conference. The star of the show will be Ethereum. Research EEA. It's an Ethereum Alliance which includes Microsoft, JP Morgan & hundreds of others. They are backers of Ethereum & will help launch crypo mainstream. Rumor is that Visa, Paypal, Ebay, Tesla, and others are joining this alliance. Bitcoin is still hot but in my opinion it will be overtaken by Ethereum in the years to come. Kinda how Facebook took over MySpace.
I totally agree. And every time there's press of any kinda, ether reacts.
Bitcoin may be overtaken by Ethereum but not until Bitcoin doesnt become the requirement for exchange into alt coins. When I buy alt coins, I have to use bitcoin (except for Golem).
i need to see clear signs of end of silver manipulation or COMEX default by banksters before buying more.. so similar situation as you l. i'm mostly in ether tho. but once it get big enough i'll diversify into other cryptos
