Bitcoin deal for land transaction.

I have known of the existence of Bitcoin couple years ago but I have never taken interest in Bitcoin because for one simple reason; I don’t understand it. However over the years there were introduction by friends about Bitcoin yet their explanation was only “ you will make money, just like Forex”. Well for me, if that is the only reason I may not be interested because there were many failures against winning. They were more into selling/purchasing for group mining for Bitcoin. Least to say, there were no proper introduction.

So last year, Bitcoin was actively growing among my peers and introduction by my friends with much proper explanation what it cryptocurrency and the importance for the future. But I have also friend who works under our National Bank that warn us that these type of currency is under surveillance by our government. Our government have not put any restriction on Bitcoin, they applaud it but like I say it is still under surveillance. But truth to be told I lack in knowledge or so to say, money to begin with. So the idea was put to a corner.

So this year in my State, the first recorded Bitcoin transaction for purchase of land is successful, mind you both parties are businessman and have been involved with Bitcoin. There were no legal issue as the transaction of “monetary” was considered fulfilled. No lawyer was involved except for the signature of witness for the transfer of ownership required.
It was on the news and much to the joy of Bitcoin owners they see this event a future collaboration that is guaranteed safe and faster.

So I was wondering whether this should be part of this move for cryptocurrency. It is a good idea and I have nothing against it. It is the same how you handle your money. You gained it and you save it.

We are moving to the future and there are many possibilities and ideas that seem not right and crazy yet are beneficial. But you got to understand your odds.
