I think that does confirm a lot of our suspicions about the past market manipulation based off of trading bots.
I agree that centralised exchange go against the general idea of decentralised ones.. I personally prefer to use decentralised ones. I think that the OmiseGo Dex will be a game changer for really bringing about the mass adoption of decentralised exchanges, based on that combination of a FIAT gateway and trustless system.
