While it may not be a scam in your opinion, it could be considered spam. Spam is not appreciated by the community and could be flagged or may result in action from the cheetah bot..
Some things that can be considered spam:
Hi , what banner ads or other reasons you stated , I don't see it and I have been following this , has only be posted once , never reposted
dear steemcleaner can you be more clear , it only has links to a site , that has been posted before here , which wasnt flag in any way , my post was never reposted or does it have banner ads . it only shows why i think it a useful post
