There has been a lot of action on tether... which is fantastic.
The fiat didnt really leave the crypto space, its just hiding.
Im glad China stepped up and said no to ICO's as there are a lot of them that are pure scams (TBC, PLC, OneCoin to name a few)... Im guessing that money will be redirected to actual crypto, and will help long term.
But, that's a guess.

The list of ICO's that China is investigating is out. I think the downtrend is all over now...
