They made it recently into the news and I must say it is an easy self explaining system.
However withdrawals are not so easy and not self explaining, why they are stuck in the system for hours.
That is not how an exchange should behave. Certainly room for improvment. Keep up the good work!

Bybit will process withdrawal 3 times a day at 0800,1600, 2400 (UTC).
Withdrawal cut-off time will be 30 minutes before the scheduled withdrawal processing time. For example, all requests made before 0730 will be processed at 0800. Requests made after 0730 will be processed at 1600. Please expect your withdrawal to be credited in your wallet within 1-2 hours due to the manual process.
For your withdrawal, it will be processed in another 1-2 hours at the next payment cycle. Thanks.
I'm planning on giving Bybit a try for leveraged trading, sick and tired of the mega wicks on Bitmex, just hope I don't have any issues!
Try Deribit, that's as far the best. They also have sometimes overload issues but not as bad as Bitmex. Bybit I use for ETH but the recent withdrawal issues are a concern.
Withdrawals are stuck. Appears to be some manual thing. You can cancel them and the balance is shown back in your account. But you can not get the funds out of Bybit!!!
Apparently the limit is ~20ETH or 5000$. More than that and your withdrawal gets stuck.
