Landline phone I think is the more secure and stable form of communication so far.. correct me if I am wrong...
Banks has nothing to do with stability or doing what they intended to do.
But human trust on unstable structures make them trends.

Looks like banks get hold of block chain technology.
They may have the tech but they will use it to try to keep the sheep under control while Crypto Currencies like Bitcoin, Steem, Dash and Monero Free us.
I expect them keep up with the new technologies and implementations, to try to be "just good enough" so that most people don't want to abandon them.
But as long as there is demand for better solutions, we can only go one way.
