According to http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/equity-index/us-index/bitcoin_contract_specifications.html the CME Group will begin trading Bitcoin Futures Contracts at 6 pm.
This stream will begin 30 minutes before and run for about an hour from 11.30 pm London time to 12:30 am London time.
Will we see $20,000 Bitcoin price today? Or $25,000? Who knows.

Based on the CBOE, it looks like the futures market is stabilizing the Bitcoin price. This may sound weird but Bitcoin is becoming boring. Much more excitement in the ALT coin space at the moment.

I don’t want to be a downer here, but I think this won’t as exciting as everyone thinks. The volume on CBOE futures were really low last week and the big surge in BTC price already occurred when the news, about these futures, came out.

I do believe it'll show the true nature of the CME Group as well as Bitcoin futures as well it was as I hope it shows the true nature of the banking system in of the world as being fake and bad. As well as give it those have a little a chance to go up in the world and better themselves they would that they would not have otherwise this is what I hope it does.

I think Bitcoin is stabilizing with the futures investment. I've moved a higher % of my portfolio into 'altcoins' so that my picks from coins ranked #4-400 ish (by market cap) are a bigger % of my porfolio than before. I'm not saying it won't still change by 20% in a week, but a lot of the smaller market cap 'aka altcoins' are moving by that much in a day or less.
If you are interested in IOTA I also suggest you look into RaiBlocks. From what I understand the theory and functionality behind it are similar, and it seems to already be working well as intended. The biggest downside is that you can currently only trade it on a couple of small exchanges, and there is not much liquidity. If you are interested in lower cap alt coins it might be something to look into.

can individuals buy this CME bitcoin?if yes how?
CME doesn't sell bitcoins (or any crypto currency for that matter), this is talking about a USD denominated derivative that pays out based on the price of bitcoin at any given day. It works very similarly to a bet, and essentially you say I think that bitcoin will cost $x on this date and whoever is on the other side of the contract either wins or loses based on where the price actually ends up. Futures are a pretty sophisticated asset class and it is really easy to get burned in them. Very few retail investors use them for speculation. I don't mean this in a demeaning way but if you are not already familiar with futures markets you should probably not bother trying to trade these.
When people say they know what a stock or anything will do i start to laugh... BTC took a big dip if you purchased it right you could have got it again at 18K. If you have been following it for a while you kind of see the patterns and trends; however, no one knows what it will do. One thing we can be sure off is that the Twin W's as i call them want BTC to go up and up to distroy FB. As far as they are concerned Mark stole FB ... BTC is their come back... they will not be happy until it takes over FB and i am just fine with that!
