The Russian Federation for Encrypted Currency and Blockchain (RACIB) announced that the government's long-running discussion on the CryptoRubule of country issuance will be launched by mid-2019. According to Arseniy Sheltsin, head of RACIB, the details of the CryptoRuble project will be formally submitted and discussed in July 2018, with the cryptocurrency program scheduled to be released in one year. It is also expected that the Russian government and the Central Bank will also establish regulatory measures for ICO and cryptocurrencies mining by July 2018.
