Hi all -
For this hard fork, I decided to kinda lay low for a couple days. I was ok with BCH price falling, because I was considering buying more. And I was cool with it going up, since I had about one to my name.
It seems the general consensus is to sell BCH asap.
For me, when I see frenzies swinging one way or the other, I use that as a time to consider the opposite.
If everyone is selling, maybe I should be buying?
In the case of NEO - I was a seller at the all time high, but for ETH - I glowed with approval of hitting $400+ ... could NEO be on track to perform similarly as ETH ? With only 50K - it may be even easier for NEO to achieve similar prices.
And in that case, any time is a good time to rebuy
It's interesting the perceptions we have of each investment, whether it be long or short term. Nowadays, I have both. I portion to try and flip with short sales, and a long term portfolio of coins I believe in.
However in the case of NEO - I think we may go back to single digits before being locked into $10+ ... so I'll be sitting bear-ish for the next few days/weeks.
However, XMR is on its way to bullish imho
This are exciting times in cryptocurrency. I recently placed my first bet on Monero (XMR) - as I think the pure anonymous nature of it is unique, and has the potential to compound in value as we see much-needed regulation.

Was also looking into NEO. Never heard of it before but I like the idea that of implementing asset management with block chain technology. I remember hearing this concept being presenting in another coin before but I forget what it's called

yes, it is a very cool concept. the term "China's ETH" has been thrown around a bit... and yeah, they were "AntShares" before the rebrand.
