A better way is to use the Lykke platform / wallet.

  1. Open a Lykke wallet
  2. Open a Credit Vouchers account (creditvouchers.com)
  3. Through Lykke, fund your wallet with the fiat of choice via a voucher.
  4. Convert to BTC in the Lykke wallet.
  5. Optional -- buy LKK with some of that money!

      It? Do you mean Lykke or Credit Vouchers?
      If you are funding your PayPal account with a credit card, as in the video you reposted, then you can use Credit Vouchers the same way.
      You can also link your bank account to Lykke, bypassing the voucher / credit card part.

      You may be able to use PayPal directly with Credit Vouchers, as in buy a voucher with your PP balance, but I don't know.
