Yes. This coins have a value inside the website. Once you reach certain amount you can withdraw in bitcoins or dogecoins! You can see at the top that these coins are valued in dollars, then exchanged to bitcoin when you withdraw! Go to the "Withdraw" tab inside "More" and check for yourself. It's legit i have already done it!!! :)
