India's Leading Bitcoin Exchange Zebpay is selling Bitcoin at very high rates to Indian buyers,don't know why?

As Zebpay is India's leading Bitcoin Exchange.

Today 29/10/2017 at 8PM the price of Buying Bitcoin is 6045.19$ on Zebpay.

but On Global Exchange Poloniex

Today 29/10/2017 at 8PM the price of Buying Bitcoin is 5842.96$.

The difference is of 200$ and more.

Which will equivalent to Almost 0.8 Ethereum.

ZebPay is selling Bitcoin at very high rates to Indian buyers,don't know why?
