Well maybe not bitcoin, but some variation of it... (ethereum, litecoin, etc.) who knows.
Hey @dashman, yes, not only bitcoin but other crptocurrencies will also be included. They have used word 'digital currency' in the draft so obviously it will include all crypto currencies. π
You are probably right! This will also discourage many newbies from getting their feet wet.
You are right @higomex, it will hinder the growth especially for newbies but it might also be beneficial in some way to citizen if someone is misusing digital currencies. Govt can take some action in that case.
Not sure whether it goes with full freedom from govt interference but that's what I thought. π
