RE: Are Paypal and cryptocurrency the same?

in #bitcoin7 years ago

If you ask me, our fiat paper money is no different. It represents value. We all know it is debt. The value though is representative as well because the dollar represents it's relative value. Individual notes only have a set value. A set value which is depreciating. A dollar is a dollar, irrelevant of it's worth.

We log into our Banks and see a value very similar to that of Bitcoin. A numerical value that we can understand. They give us devices to pay with that are representative of the currency which is only representative of value. It,unlike Bitcoin has no apparent value, despite the time away from our families in search of it. It is power they wouldn't want to lose. The power of artificially manipulating interest rates. The power of a monopoly on our money. Bitcoin is not debt. It, to me, is a symbol of freedom from it.

Love your post man I think of crypto so much i had to become a part of it myself! Following so I can read more. ☮️
