Since the first exchanges (Bitfinex and Bittrex) have enabled Bitcoin Cash deposits, people are dumping their 'free BCH' and buying up BTC.
If more exchanges enable deposits of Bitcoin Cash in the coming days, there will be more BCH coins available on the open market. Hence, I expect more selling pressure on Bitcoin Cash in the coming days, while BTC and other cryptocurrencies may benefit from this free money. We'll see...

Bitcoin Cash Price Keeps Dropping as Bittrex Deposits and Bitfinex Margin Trading Opens
Supporters of Bitcoin Cash will not be too pleased with the way things are going right now. The Bitcoin Cash price took a big hit yesterday and it looks like things are only worsening over time. At the time of writing, one BHC was worth US$285, which is well down from the all-time high of US$756. More exchanges enabled deposits, allowing Bitcoin users to dump their “free coins” accordingly.

Bitcoin Cash Price Poised to Plummet Once Network Stabilizes
Two days after the chain split that resulted in the launch of Bitcoin Cash, the fledgling coin is quite an unusual position. The Bitcoin Cash network is almost non-functional due to extremely slow block times, inherited as a result of Bitcoin’s mining difficulty at the time of the fork. The token itself is quite valuable—trading for over $400—but only for a small fraction of the people who own them.

Someone mining Bitcoin Cash seems upset ...
happy that BCH crashed and really hope it fades into oblivion, simply tainting the bitcoin brand.
Amen brother.
True two separate one with success and another that crashed
Yep BCH to crash to $100 and BTC to keep going up steady.
More blockfolio addiction for me! https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@cryptocoinclub/confessions-of-a-blockfolio-addict
haha, nice post about the blockfolio addiction! :-)
I wasn't worried about the fork, and I didn't move a finger. I just expected this, there is only one Bitcoin!
Yep yep as soon as Bittrex allowed me too I dumped my BCC for BTC right away!
I think this is how most of us believed this would play out. I simply look at BCH for exactly what it is, a derivative of BTC and look at their combined price as the value of BTC. If anything it gave a healthy boost to the market cap of BTC. Will BCH hang around for the long run like Eth Classic? Who knows, but I don't feel it will hurt the value of BTC moving forward.
was to good to be true if the BCH would have kept on going up. There is no need for a second Bitcoin, I think eventually that would hurt the trust a little .
Imagine the endless grin of those lucky few that sold theirs for north of $800
There can only be one true Bitcoin.
Bitcoin cash will soon or later be forgotten, or at the very least, it's price and volume will be so low, it will be no room for comparison with BTC.
Thanks for posting :)
BCH is about to change the mining difficulty and btw. coinbase and poloniex will give BCH to their users soon too.... it is already announced! I don't think that BCH will disappear... ;) If we like it or not, it exists... and it looks like it will survive... ;)
Don't bother with BCC.
It is a fallacy and by the time you get it to your wallet it won't be worth 1 satoshi.
Read about what the Chinese miners did to show you it is a just all a BIG JOKE on all the people who use bitcoin!

Bitcoin Cash gonna be a shitcoin :D or should I say ShitCash ? 😂
...or Bitcoin CRash ;)
Good one!
The best strategy is to sell Bitcash and buy #Dash.
Because Dash surpasses even Bitcoin.
Watch this video:
dash is a great coin , but bitcoin more stronger and powerful:)
thank you for the great video
nice one

#How we can send dollars in Bank Account...?
#Upvoted and Resteamed !!
That was fully predictable. BTC for the WIN
I will keep my BCH and see what the future brings if it goes up I win if it goes down I don't lose because the coins where free. Thanks for sharing this with us and have a nice day!
me too, i've got no clue where this is going so i'll just sit and wait
I think this is the best to do and I think BCH will go up similar to BTC the new blockchain is better, faster etc. we will see time will tell.
Yup I'm just going to sit on my BCH... no loss no matter what happens.
Yes that I think is a good decision and will be pay off in a few month :)
What would be lowest point for BCH? Do you think it will hit as low as $1 - $5 range ?
I don't expect such low prices.
If BCH has about 5% of the hashing power of the BTC network, 5% of the Bitcoin price might be a fair value. ~ $140. But if the price drops, the hashing power might go lower as well, so you never know.
Yeah, I think i will convert my btc to bcc when it drops to 100....and when the mining really starts.
Thank you again for the daily news sources
does bitcoin cash set the stage for most successful coins to be forked?
It was expected...
I think this was just a gr
BCH is the real Bitcoin. People who prefer btc are probably star wars fans
Good one! Thanks for the information :))) upvoted
Yes! Agree. Everything is so fake. Pump and dump, nothing more.
I didn't get the new about the free BCH :( But I think I would sell them too x'D
Interesting!
Great post , there is only one Bitcoin , bitcoin cash will crashed!
thank you so much for your great tool steemnow.com , its my best tool , very helpful
Indeed, the rate BCC/BTC plunged a lot today.
.
Interesting analysis, the market BTC if that surprises and leave me with Boca Habierta The data that shows in the statistics
thanks! this was very useful read. You have a new Fan!
And Steem is steady ? Why than we are still steeming ?
FFS, first of all it's just a start of a CryptoCurrency. Give it a little bit time, it will grow, and minners will be happy. We are scratching here for 25% oscilation of Steem on 24 hours basis every week, but we are being negative towards the first fork of the first cryptocurrency.
Cheers @penguinpablo for another great input!
Luci
I sold mine as well. Glad I did before it went below $300
agreed. Nice penguin logo
Hi @penguinpablo, Read this post and support with an upvote if you think it's okay to do this with steemit!
Obviously always demonstrating the legitimacy of the event!
Nice post. Interesting to see I'm not the only one that is thinking about this. The decision to buy a coin should be based on real analysis of the coin. I found that people keep buying coins without have any knowledge of them. This is considered high risk. I found this great website: https://www.coincheckup.com This site did all the research for you. It's truly amazing. Check: https://www.coincheckup.com/coins/Bitcoin#analysis For the Bitcoin Detailed report.
